Client: Virgin Media
What: Pre-covid Virgin Media were just about to open a new store and we were tasked with creating a fresh new concept to place Virgin Media back at the forefront of the ever changing retail environment. Sadly, all Virgin Media stores have now closed but I loved the journey of this project.
How: The new store design had to be sympathetic to how consumers are now utilising the high-street. It needed to be a more relaxed, fun and experience led environment. This was achieved by creating a store journey that took shoppers from a ‘that looks cool’ moment through to a comfortable seating area where they could have a serious chat.
