Toblerone - Diamond Boutique

2023 - 2024

The brief supported the launch of Toblerone Pralines in World Travel Retail, targeting a Gen Z audience and aligning with the Never Square brand attitude. Insight into Gen Z behaviour highlighted a preference for personalisation, limited editions, and immersive, shareable experiences, leading to the Diamond Boutique concept, a jewellery-inspired retail activation using lighting, sculptural displays, and hero product moments.

The activation included disruptive sampling, a diamond photobooth, and modular retail elements designed to adapt across multiple airport locations.

As Creative Lead, I developed the spatial concept, retail layout, and visual language.
